I was thinking booking a few pegs on a lake somewhere. Or a lake if enough people are interested to book a lake, its not a social of such, but we can make it one if enough people are wondering.

Lake ideas:
Four Seasons - Lodge or Mill lake
Big Wryeside - Sunnyside 1, Sunnyside 2 or River Lake
Little Wryeside
Cranehall

Or anyother waters that people request.

Well the first Lancashire Carping social has been and gone and a great time was had by all. The weather turned against us with cold winds on the Saturday night but it did not stop a few dedicated anglers pulling a few carp out !!

A big thank you to everyone who attended our first social and to the other forum members who managed to pop up for a chat over the weekend. Also another thank you must go out to the staff at Four Seasons for their great service and hospitality. Here are the results.

Me and dad have been looking at prices for france, and it seems to cheaper to go in groups. & I was wondering if anyone on the forum would want to get together and go. Would anyone be interested in sorting a trip out to france?

Ok the graphics artist is currently working on a logo design for the forum. I've given her my bit of paper I scribbled something on and the rough illustrator design she's done so far it mint (least I think it is lol).

As soon as the picture is final I'll post a copy of it in here to see if people like it. If they do I'll find out the exact prices of the clothes and let the interested people know. I know myself, Andy160676 and Glyn are having T-Shirts knocked up.
